Obverse: bust of Sun Yat-sen left; date of the Republic above; all within circular meander pattern; Reverse: Ancient spade money piece; denomination across field; all within circular meander pattern. Incredibly vibrant and satiny, this decidedly choice specimen is EXCEEDINGLY RARE and important, and represents a great opportunity for an American-influenced issue at a time of great flux for China.
