K-B39; KMX-M290; WS-1349-38. Obverse: Facing portrait of Li Hung Chang; Reverse: Double dragons around ornamental central design. Once cleaned on the obverse, but the effects are now diminished by old tone that covers both sides. RARE as a type, this being our first offering since 2013.
