K-B48; KMX-1385; cf. WS-1349-60. A fairly SCARCE and pleasing fantasy issue featuring Yuan Shih-kai as the Hung Hsien Emperor on horseback, this specimen was very lightly cleaned as noted, but is free from handing and presents excellent overall detail.
