L&M-459; K-201; KM-Y-73; WS-0629. Lightly toned and rather appealing despite the noted tooling, which occurs in the form of some scratches in the lower field of the dragon side. A VERY SCARCE and sought after issue struck the year in which the Pei Yang Arsenal Mint was destroyed during the Boxer Rebellion in 1900.
