L&M-617; K-759; KM-Y-407; WS-0706. A hugely popular and VERY SCARCE type in any condition, featuring the characters for "Kan Su" on either side of the bust of Yuan Shih-kai. The tooling mentioned on the label emanates from some light scratches at 12 o'clock on the reverse in an attempt to remove a spot.
