L&M-609; K-757; KM-Y-428; WS-1109. Variety with two grass blades. Struck to commemorate the completion of the Kweichow (Guizhou) Provincial Highway and reportedly features Governor Zhou Xicheng's personal automobile. Some striking weakness is noted on the door panels, but other details are still rather strong and appealing, and this stands as a charming overall example of the type.
