L&M-640A; KM-C-72.2; WS-0208. Variety with border of 36 dots. The single second finest certified of the variety on the PCGS population report, only two finer (PCGS AU 55[1] and NGC AU 58[1]). Struck briefly after the emperor abdicated the throne to his son February 9th, 1796 but before the news arrived in Tibet. This VERY RARE and historically interesting issue boasts a strong strike with bold details and rich patina offering a pleasing appearance and good eye appeal.
