By Lindauer or Prud'homme. Diameter: 59mm; Weight: 109.93 gms. Obverse: LAOS, elephant triformis (three heads of elephants--the ancient coat-of-arms of Laos); Reverse: Young native male kneeling right, playing bamboo flute; female companion kneeling to left. Edge: [cornucopia] BRONZE. A fairly RARE and desirable issue from the French colonial exhibition, this piece presents alluring yellow-bronze surfaces with a delightful two-toned nature accentuating the devices.
