PHRYGIA. Eumeneia. Circa 133-30 BC. (Bronze, 20 mm, 8.28 g, 12 h), struck under the magistrate Menekrates, son of Askl... Wreathed head of youthful Dionysos to right. Rev. EYEMENEΩΝ / MENEKRA/AΣΚΛΗ Tripod; above, star; to inner left, star above serpent-entwined labrys; to inner right, star above filleted laurel branch. BMC 14-18. HGC 7, 687. Dark green patina. Cleaning scratches on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.
