BITHYNIA. Nicaea. Gallienus, 253-268. Diassarion (Bronze, 23 mm, 6.24 g, 8 h). ΠOY ΛI EΓ ΓAΛΛIHNOC Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Gallienus to right. Rev. ΝΙΚΑ-Ι-ΕΩΝ Dionysos, seated left in elephant quadriga, pouring libation from his kantharos. Cf. RG 836. SNG von Aulock 724-5. Crude style, otherwise, very fine.
