THRACE. Chersonesos. Circa 386-338 BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 12.5 mm, 2.14 g, 12 h). Forepart of lion to right, head turned to left. Rev. Quadripartite incuse square of raised and sunken quarters, with caduceus and pellet above VE monogram in the opposed sunken quarters. BMC 42. HGC 3.2, 1437. McClean -. Lightly toned. Lightly porous, otherwise, very fine.
