Anglo Saxon-England, Continental Phase (695-740), Sceat, Series E, VICO, 'Mainstream' type, rounded head enclosing three conjoined bars, cross pommée above head, rev. VIC around central annulet in beaded standard, 1.12g (SL 88-10; SCBI 69, 199 this coin; Spink 790A), slightly dusky tone, otherwise neatly centred with a hint of lustre, almost extremely fine, scarce in this condition.
