A lovely Manteno figure from Ecuador, ca. 1000 - 1500 A.D. This mold-made female is 7-1/8? high and is depicted standing, with hands held to her sides. She is nicely detailed, wearing a skirt and headdress, and is adorned with ear spools. Nice example, with strong mineral deposits.
