Great Britain - Angel n.d. (ca. 1483), Gold, EDWARD V 1483 London mint. Mm. boar's head (over sun-and-rose) / sun-and-rose. St. Michael slaying dragon. Rev. ship with arms, mast between E – ❀.S. 2150 (Richard III); N. 1670 (Edward V); Fr. 143 (Richard III).This rarity can be attributed to the short reign of Edward V while Richard III acted as regent. There is also a possibility that it concerns a rare early issue of Richard III, struck from earlier dies of probably Edward V. The boar's head on the obverse is sometimes identifiable as being struck over a sun-and-rose.
From the Moerdijk Hoard.4.97 g. RRR The appearance to be plugged, however most likely the coin was re-weighted in the time. Flan crack in the center Almost very fine
