Chile United Treasury and Customs 8 Reales 1840 Pick S102 PMG Very Fine 20. A well preserved and historical example of one of the earliest issues that circulated in Chile, this 8 Reales provincial note is listed in the common denomination at the time, years before the currency was switched over to the Pesos denomination. The simple design includes two oval monogram seals, two official seals and handwritten signatures. Highly desirable and scarce, this is one of only two notes registered in the PMG Population Report.
