East Caribbean States Central Bank, Dominica 100 Dollars ND (1988-93) Pick 25d1 PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ. East Caribbean States banknotes are extremely desirable, due in part to the plethora of subtle varieties that keep collectors engaged. For this general design with suffix D, for instance, there are three varieties. The first variation, with signature Cecil Albert Jacobs, lacks the text "Anguilla" on the map at front. The second is exactly the same as the previous, but with "Anguilla" added to the map. The third variety, issued around 1989, features a new signature at front: K. Dwight Venner. This rare note is the second of the three varieties. We have not offered this note in the past.
