European Union Central Bank, Spain 5 Euro 2002 Pick 1vs Specimen PMG Choice Uncirculated 64. This initial denomination of the European Union series is very scarce as a Specimen. At the time of cataloging, there are only seven examples of this type graded in the PMG Population Report. Serial number four is seen, along with a printed specimen number of 1905. Red overprints complete the transformation.
