Iran Kingdom of Persia, Imperial Bank, Yezd 25 Tomans 18.6.1913 Pick 6 PMG Very Fine 25. The first series of Iranian Tomans, from 1890 to 1913, is incredibly popular. While the smaller denominations appear with some regularity, the higher denominations range from rare to incredibly rare. This 25 Tomans features a city of issuance that is seldom seen, as it is a medium sized city in Central Iran. We have not offered this type in issued form in the past. Moreover, this is the first and only issued note of this denomination graded in the PMG Population Report. Minor repairs were tastefully executed to this handsome, large format note.
