KM-8; Cal-type 128. Weight: 5.8 gms. A moderately detailed Cob, with strong 'shipwreck effect' on the shield side that precludes visibility of the assayer letter. Provenance from the wreck of Nuestra Senora de Atocha, which sank off of Florida in 1622. Sold with certificate from Mel Fisher's Treasures LLC, #85A-240403.
