KM-12a. "Edwardian leaves" variety. Struck with a modified reverse die, whereby the leaves differ slightly from those used on Victorian and all previous Edwardian issues, this represents a fairly SCARCE type. Cleaned some time ago, this example is starting to tone over well with a rich gray patina.
