cf. Fr-5; cf. KM-1. AGW: 0.103 oz. Obverse: Bust of President Jean Bedel Bokassa; Reverse: Three shields. Struck for the 10th Anniversary of Independence. Rather impressive, this proof features hard mirrored fields, frosted cameo devices, and deep golden color. An EXTREMELY RARE variety of this issue that displays the cornucopia privy mark of the Paris Mint on the reverse in the field to the left of the flags. The only example we have seen and the lone example recorded in the NGC census.
