BHM-175. Diameter: 26mm. By J. Kirk. Obverse: Bust right, wearing wig and frock coat; Reverse: Legend and date in three lines. Edge: Plain. Deep olive-brown surfaces, with a good deal of underlying brilliance.

Part of a series of 13 medals all featuring the same general format and layout, this medal was issued for the magazine Sentimental and usually also included a select number of magazines themselves. Silver versions of the medals were awarded as prizes to correspondents who had contributed to previous issues.
