Barac-273. Dimensions: 33mm x 45mm; Weight: 16.01 gms. Central coat-of-arms, with white enameled horizontal band between two blue enameled bands; gilt pinwheels, cannon, and thistle from top to bottom; all set upon white enameled Maltese cross with gilt outline; blue enameled banner around bottom with gilt script "PRO REGE ET PATRIA;" gilt silver helmet and crown above. Circular loop. Ribbon: Central white band between dark blue bands. Though the ribbon is somewhat darkened, the remainder of this RARE piece remains quite attractive, with great enameling overall.
