Fr-8; KM-148; Cal-type-298#2232; Onza-428. A sharply struck coin with impressive detail on the obverse bust and reverse shield. Traces of luster remain in the protected areas, and the surfaces are a light yellow gold from an old cleaning. Despite this, there is very little in the way of hairlines or other observable marks, making this a very presentable early example of the type that is sure to generate lively bidding interest.
