KM-105; FC-39a; El-54; Gil-M-8-40. Variety with cross at H+I, assayers' initials MM, and no lower arc on central crown. An unusually boldly struck Crown with almost reflective date-side fields, razor sharp design detail, and bright luster throughout. Some patches of dark toning are visible in the peripheries, and a prominent die crack runs through almost the entire shield side die. An impressive coin with great character that should excite any collector looking to upgrade their pillar 8 Reales set.
