Presenting a great mix mostly from Western Europe, this lot offers an attractively toned silver medal and ribbon featuring the Virgin Mary from late 10th Century Belgium, along with a plaque from World War II, a 30-year commemorative clasp from Bulgaria, a vibrantly toned silver medal from Germany celebrating the 25th anniversary of a transportation company, medals from Sweden commemorating the Riksdag and the town of Sigtuna (with a nod to medieval hammered coinage designs), and lastly a fairly SCARCE plaque from the United States for the Lafayette Monument, along with a Swedish-American medal honoring P.
