Diameter: 70mm; Weight: 165.86 gms. By J. Harcuba. Obverse: Bust facing slightly right, wearing laurel crown; Reverse: Robed female driving triga left and holding laurel crown. Edge: Plain. Pleasing yellow-brown surfaces with a matte nature; a few inconsequential rim nicks are noted merely for completeness. Emmy Destinn, born Ema Destinnová in Prague in 1878, had a rather famed career in both Europe and the United States, especially at the Metropolitan Opera in New York City.
