BRUTTIUM. Carthaginian occupation. Circa 216-211 BC. 1/4 Shekel (Silver, 14 mm, 1.86 g, 12 h), Second Punic War issues. Uncertain mint in Bruttium (Lokris?). Head of Tanit to left, wearing wreath of grain ears and single pendant earring. Rev. Horse standing right. HN Italy 2015. Robinson, Second, p. 44, Group I, 1 and pl. V, 11-12. SNG Copenhagen 335-6. Nicely toned. The reverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, good very fine.
