PAMPHYLIA. Aspendos. Circa 400-380 BC. Stater (Silver, 22 mm, 10.94 g, 2 h). Two nude wrestlers, standing and grappling with each other. Rev. ΕΣΤFΕΔΙΙΥΣ Slinger standing right; to right, triskeles running right; all within dotted square border. SNG Paris 54. SNG von Aulock 4539 (same obverse die). Tekin Series 3. A lustrous and beautiful coin with lovely iridescent toning and excellent surfaces. Struck from a somewhat worn obverse die with some die rust, otherwise, good extremely fine.
