Head of Herakles to right, wearing lion skin headdress. Rev. AΛEΞANΔPOY Zeus seated left on low throne, holding long scepter in his left hand and eagle standing right with closed wings in his right; below throne, monogram. Price 2105. A beautiful piece of exceptionally fine style, with a magnificent head of Herakles and a splendid rendering of Zeus. Slightly overcleaned, otherwise, good extremely fine.
