Stylized head of Herakles to right, wearing lion skin headdress. Rev. Male figure seated left on low throne, holding long scepter in his left hand and forepart of a horse in his right; to left, palm stem; to right, blundered Aramaic inscription. CCK 129 = Haerink, Abiel, 73 = van Alfen 116b (this coin, O6/R9). Potts (Suppl.) 221 ff. A lovely coin of charmingly crude style and with beautiful iridescent toning.
