SICILY, Syracuse. Hieron II. 275-215 BC. Æ Hemilitron (27mm, 16.79 g, 10h). Period IIb, circa 230-218/5 BC. Diademed head left; uncertain symbol to right / Horseman riding right, holding spear; uncertain monogram below. Cf. CNS 195; BAR Issue 62; HGC 2, 1548. Green patina, some smoothing. Good VF.
