Near-perfect cameo (only tiny breaks in the frost), top grade at NGC (the census not yet updated to include the lettered-edge variety in PFUC), scarce issue struck as a fund-raiser for the Agency for Cuban Numismatics in Exile imitating the design of the famous 1897 "souvenir peso" issued by the Cuban Revolutionary Junta in New York.
