Cuba, gold 25 pesos, 1988, Jose Marti, NGC MS 69 ("top pop"). KM-213. Scarce issue imitating the 1915-16 design from Philadelphia, only 50 pieces struck, with frosty matte surfaces in bright yellow gold tinged with a hint of incipient toning, faint spot of friction below eye to keep it from a perfect MS 70, of which there are none in the NGC census, this coin therefore currently sharing the top spot with five others.
