Obv: Head of Kore-Persephone r., wearing single drop earring and necklace of beads, hair wreathed with barley, ????S behind head. Rx: Nike standing r., draped from waist, wings spread on either side; in r. hand a hammer, in l. hand, nail, with which she is about to fix helmet to trophy; to r., triskeles, monogram AV below wing, [?G?T??????S] behind. Ex Berk 142, 17 March 2005, lot 53.The die cutter of these two coins, lots 69 and 70, is very conservative and businesslike, especially on the obverse.
