ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ Eagle, with closed wings, standing to left on thunderbolt; in the field to left, monogram of TYP above club; in the field to right, monogram of ΣΩ; between eagle's legs, Φ. Cf. Svoronos 1181 (there the monogram is Σ over Ω rather than Ω over Σ). Rare. With a wonderfully craggy head of Ptolemy I. Extremely fine.
