Av: Dreifach gekrönter Kopf der Colonia hinter Gitterstäben hervorkommend, Daten und Umschrift zu beiden Seiten. Rev: 2 Zeilen Schrift geteilt durch nackte männliche Gestalt eine Fahne tragend nach links, davor Kölner Stadtwappen. Gussfrisch.
