Diocletian (AD 284-305). AV aureus (19mm, 4.68 gm, 11h). NGC AU 5/5 - 1/5, wrinkled. Cyzicus, AD 286-287. IMP C C VAL DIOCLETIANVS P F AVG, laureate, draped bust of Diocletian right, seen from behind / FATI-S VICTRIC-IBVS, the three Parcae (Clotho, Lachesis and Atropos), the left standing right, the center and right standing facing, heads turned left, each holding a cornucopia, the left and center jointly holding a rudder, the right with right hand on another rudder. RIC V.II 293. Calicó 4447b. Very Rare.
