D N PLA VALENTI-NIANVS P F AVG, rosette-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Valentinian III right, seen from front / VICTORI-A AVGGG, emperor standing facing, long cross in right hand, Victory left on globe in left with drapery 'in parentheses', right foot on man-headed serpent; R-V across fields, COMOB in exergue.
