Arab-Sasanian coinage, Khusro type, in the name of 'Abd Allah b. al-Zubayr, a rival caliph (AH 60-73, AD 680-692), silver drachm, (28mm), (3.77 g), DA (Darabjird) mint, dated YE 60 (= AH 72, 691 AD), obv. crowned Sasanian-style bust right; bism allh in margin, rev. fire altar flanked by attendants, crescent and star flanking flames, (Album 16, cf.SACA 1, 270-1 [year 54], Walker p.35 [Th.6 and 47], Wilkes ICC 13). Good fine, toned, scarce.
