Ubayd Allah, (Zubayrid Governor), (67-72 AH, 686-691 AD), silver drachm (32mm, 3.89 gm), BYS (Bishapur) mint, dated AH 70 (689/690 AD), obv. crowned Sasanian-style bust right of Khusro II type; bism allh in outer margin, rev. fire altar flanked by attendants, star and crescent flanking flames, (Album 21, SACA 1, 174-180 [year 70], Wilkes ICC 24). Bright, nearly extremely fine.
