India, Kushano-Sasanian, "Varahran" (Peroz III), (after 350 AD), gold dinar, 34mm, (7.83 g), obv. King standing left, wearing crown with korymbos and rams' horns, holding trident, sacrificing at altar, various symbols around, rev. Siva (resembling the king) standing facing, holding trident, the bull Nandi standing behind to left, (Gobl Kushan 716, Cribb 10). Extremely fine, with large broad flan, very rare in this condition.
