Pamphylia, Perga, (c.250-240 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, Artemidos Magistrate, (16.93 g), obv. laureate head of Artemis to right, bow and quiver over shoulder, dotted border, rev. to right APTEMI DOS , to left PERGAIAS Artemis standing left, holding sceptre and wreath, deer standing before, turning head to gaze at the goddess, D in outer left field, dotted border, (cf.S.5413, cf. Colin, p. 37, a previously unrecorded early issue with D , cf.SNG von Aulock 4655 for issue B and Dewing Collection 2465 for Q ). Well-struck, very fine or better, extremely rare and unpublished.
