Syria, Kingdom of, Antiochus VI, (144-142 B.C.), silver drachm, (3.68 g), issued year 169 = 144-143 B.C., Antioch mint, obv. diademed radiate head of Antiochus VI to right, dotted border, rev. Apollo seated to left on omphalos, holding bow and arrow, to right [BASILEWS] [AN]TIOCOU , and to left EPIFANOUS [D]IONUSOU , in exergue QXR STA , monogram of AP between legs, (cf.S.7073, SC 2001.2b, HGC 9, 1036a). Dark patination, very fine/fine with chipped edge and off centred reverse.
