Augustus as Octavian, (27 B.C. - A.D. 14), silver denarius, uncertain Italian mint (probably Brundisium, or Rome), issued 31-30 B.C. (3.54 g), obv. Octavian head bare to left, in dotted circle, rev. CAESAR on left across, DIVI F on right across, Victory draped standing to left on globe, right hand hold wreath and left hand a palm, (S.1552, RIC 254b, RSC 64, BMC 603). Even grey colour, good fine/fine and rare.
