Together with RSL badge (KC) three figure type, reverse numbered Q13511; three b&w photos of WWI Egypt; two postcards, one featuring b&w photo of Brookman and one a satirical issue from Anzac Series; also Coronation of King George VI 1937 medal in white metal (digs and bend and edge nicks and bumps).

Herbert 'Bert' Brookman, plumber, age 21, born at Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, Qld; Enl.18Nov1914 at Brisbane, Qld as Driver 12 Coy ASC; Emb.19Feb1915; Trf to 3LH Brigade Supply Section 30Mar1916; TOS AASC AM Div Train 26Aug1917; to hospital 27Sep1917 with malaria; to 3LHR 22Dec1917 and then attached to 8LHR; to hospital with severe diarrhoea 08Aug1918; RTA 15Nov1918, invalided with diarrhoea; Disch.26Feb1919 Medically Unfit; Died at Kelvin Grove, Brisbane, Qld and the funeral service was held on 17 April 1951 at Alex. Gow's Funeral Chapel, Petrie Bight and then the Crematorium at Mt Thompson. With research.
