Together with Returned from Active Service (AIF) badge, reverse numbered 109916; Australian Military Forces small buttons (6, all KC); b&w photo of Pte Letheren in uniform.

Stanley Tom Letheren, electrician, age 24, born at Exeter, Dover, England; Enl.02Oct1914 at Brisbane, Qld, with 4 years previous service in Territorial Army in England; Emb.22Dec1914; to France in Jul1915; TOS 1Aust Div M.T.Coy 12Mar1918; during his service he worked at rail heads, sub-parks, ammunition parks, moving engineering stores and water to forward dumps and the transport of the wounded; RTA 12Oct1918 and discharged; lived at Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, Qld from 1918-1920; returned to England and became owner of a hotel; Died in 1977 at Exeter, Devon. With research.
