The highest denomination for the series this is an always collectible and beautifully designed note with mainly purple/violet on multicolour and printed by Thomas De la Rue & Company, London and watermarked with a bust of Queen Elizabeth II. The reverse illustrates an aerial view of Gibraltar and Rock of Gibraltar, the impressive 426 metres high limestone ridge and Gibraltar's most recognized landmark.
