Shilling 1727 George II, Plumes ESC 1189, Bull 1694 EF/GEF and lustrous, minor haymarks on the reverse barely detract, an outstanding example and by far the finest we have offered of this rare type. This piece would enhance any high quality Shilling collection. Very Rare and almost unobtainable in this high grade, our archive database stretching back to 2003 shows that the previous finest example offered was graded NVF/VF, so actual figures show that this is much scarcer than catalogue values would suggest
