Hong Kong Chartered Bank 10 Dollars 1.1.1980 Pick 77as Specimen PMG Choice Uncirculated 64. Intense green inks used to create this Specimen draw a fantastic eye appeal. An artistic image of a carp graces the front of this beautiful note while a well executed vignette of a bank building enhances the back. At the time of cataloging there are only three graded examples in the PMG Population Report reflecting the rarity of this Specimen. Red Specimen & TDLR overprints along with two POCs are Present on this hard to find example.
